SolarMax Technology sponsors UCR CE-CERT Solar Energy Conference, “Solar Energy in Inland Southern California: The Future is Now,” which was held at Bourns in Riverside Ca on Thursday February 6 2014. The conference was informative as well as inspiring. With speakers such as Mr. Ronald Loveridge, Riverside Mayor “Rusty” Bailey, David Hochschild, Bernadette Del Chiaro, Michelle Kinman, Jim Kennerly, Michael Bacich, David Nahai, and SolarMax Technology’s own Ching Liu and Michael McCaffrey there was no shortage of Solar Energy experts and key figures in local governments that have been instrumental in the integration of solar energy throughout southern California!
Highlights included 2 panels “Lay of the Land” and “financing Options for Solar Systems”. The Lay of the Land panel brought us up to speed on current and past projects, policies, and the energy market in general. The Financing Options for Solar Systems panel had information on financing residential or commercial projects and touched on being creative when financing utility scale projects.
Over all it was great day filled with networking, and learning. It was great to see SolarMax Technology’s relationship with UC Riverside in action!
