Excellent Customer Service
I contacted Customer Service to report some concerns regarding my Solar Panel. Though my solar panel was installed about 5 years ago, Nicole Castro patiently and politely listened to my concerns. She made sure that my concerns were addressed and corrected. She coordinated the scheduling and dispatch of the technicians to make adjustments with my circuits. Kudos to Nicole Castro for a job well done!

before I found you guys, I had been looking in to solar for about 10 years, but the pricing, was not there yet, plus I was not a fan of all the door to door cons(sales people) I got aprox. about five estimates from different companies,that I called, and the prices ware so outrageously different, for the same size system, mind you, I knew exactly what I needed, since I had been looking, for a while, so I decided to give it a rest for a little bit, till one day I was driving home from work and I heard one of your adds on the radio, so I decided give you guys a call, I figured the deadline for the 30% tax credit was fast approaching, I would give it one more try, and I'm I glad I did, when I asked if I could get a cuot over the phone and was told "no problem" I knew I was at the right place, Darvin Traylor got on the line and it was the best experience I have ever had, respectfull, profesional, listened, without interupting,he knew what I wanted and made some suggestions, it was a really great experience, he gived me a price, I said lets do it, and here we are, I never, ever,ever make deal of this magnitude, over the phone, but thats how much trust Darvin, generated, we clicked rightaway, and we still keep in contact, and everyone else in the process, was courteous and frienly, communicating every step of the way, and on time, sorry went a little to long I just love talking about this company and my experience.
Solar is awesome
Great service from day one. Terry B was very knowledgable and really helped understand the benefits of solar. He made it sound so simple and easy. They handled everything with my home owners as well as SCE. I have already recommended a friend and he is getting his hooked up this week.

Had doubts about solar until !
Had a lot of sit down meetings with other solar companies and until I sat down with Dan Cooley and with the proper information that was presented to me I felt more knowledgeable and understood how solar works. And the best part of understanding was the savings that was going to happen with solar max. I will continue to refer Solar Max out to all.

Solar experience
I was lucky enough to meet Brandon Mezzanatto well he was doing a presentation at a friends house. After meeting many door to door solar sales people it refreshing to meet some who knew his stuff and was super honest. From the good, the bad, and indifferent he was straight up. He answered any questions we had and never once did he not take the time to answer a phone call from us even when it wasn’t really about his role. The process it self was pretty simple. Solar max took care of everything. So simple at times I wonder what I may need to do, Brandon always was there to insure me it was being handled. The installation team was courteous, clean, and did great work. They asked if there was anything I didn’t like or wanted to see different. Over it’s been a great experience. I received my permission to operate today from Edison just a few weeks after the work was completed. I haven’t seen my first bill to see the impact, but based on the info Brandon provided I’m sure it will be fine. Overall I highly recommended Brandon Mezzanatto at Solarmax.
Sales presentation
We had presentations from several different solar companies. The reason we picked Solar Max was due to Terry Beams. We never felt rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain the entire system and installation process from start to finish and patiently answered all our questions. He knew of some recent changes at our electrical provider to help us pick the best system for our house. None of the other company presenters had done their homework and were aware of the changes. We will recommend Solar Max to all our friends.
