Excellent Customer Service

I contacted Customer Service to report some concerns regarding my Solar Panel. Though my solar panel was installed about 5 years ago, Nicole Castro patiently and politely listened to my concerns. She made sure that my concerns were addressed and corrected. She coordinated the scheduling and dispatch of the technicians to make adjustments with my circuits.
