Unmatched Customer Service
After evaluating the other major solar companies, I’m choosing SolarMax for three reasons: Best price, high quality and a good local reputation. I’ve had 2 other neighbors on my street go with SolarMax for their solar systems and they both love their solar panels and their new electric bill! Now that RPU announced today that they’re jacking their rates up 5% every year for the next 10 years, I don’t see any reason to wait. I can’t imagine what the cost of electricity will be like in 10 years… for my non-solar neighbors. Thanks Dan Cooley for hooking me up!
Great Experience Overall
Dan delivered. I interviewed 5 companies before deciding to go with Solar Max. Dan was very patience and addressed all of my concerns. I really appreciate the fact that what was promised was delivered and more. I was able to add 5 more panels AFTER the layout was completed. I was extremely pleased that this was a no hassle change. Probably the most impressive part was the install. They customized it to my property, asking how I would like the electrical to run. They also painted the pipes to match my house. WOW... I have already recommended Solar Max to two friends and will continue to promote this company. Thank you Dan and the entire Solar Max team.

Installation was seamless. Great customer service, Andrea was an incredible help, answered our questions, explained and helped every step of the way. We are very happy with the purchase of our panels and we contribute power to the grid. It is such a wise decision and I'm glad my husband insisted we do it. We are Very Happy to Have Worked with Such a Great Team
We are so happy with the install of our solar system that we purchased through Solarmax. Brandon Mezzanatto came over to the house and took about 45 minutes with us on what to expect, how fast it would be and our different options for pricing and payment. If he told us there would be an install in 2 weeks, there would be an install in 2 weeks. Everything that he said he stood by and made happen. He definitely was not a pushy sales guy like a lot of the Solar sales people are. We also financed our system through Solarmax and the finance department was fast and made the process painless. All in all we are very happy with our system and would highly recommend Brandon at Solarmax to anyone!
Very Patient and Addressed all of my concerns
I have to say they are amazing !! I have always wanted solar ! I researched and met with two other companies before I met with Mark at Solar Max. They were high price and the sales techniques were awful! Mark was so nice. So professional and no pressure. If it made sense then we would get solar and if it didn't we would not. Well it made sense! The whole process has been amazing. Such wonderful customer service. The installation tech were so nice and so professional. The communication was amazing Josh was so professional and guided me through every step. When the panels were all installed the tech guided me through how to install my ap and monitor my system. But the service didn't stop there! Mark called me and made sure my monitoring system was up and running and answered all my questions. The whole time from start to finish I felt my business was important and I was never a bother. I feel like I have a friend in the solar business!! If you are looking for solar -solar max is the place to go and tell them I sent you.

Amazing solar representative, Brandon Mezzanatto @ 951-634-9440 was very knowledgeable and honest with us. He explained everything very clearly and gave us a comparable price to others. We went with him and his company because he was caring and trustworthy. We have saved so much money with no money down. He has been there to answer questions even after we were installed 3 years ago. The best solar experience is with Brandon at Solar Max.

My first contact with SolarMax Tech was with a very pleasant and knowledgeable rep Samantha , she answered all my questions that she could and if she did not know the answer she put me in contact with someone who could. My sales rep was Dan C.he did not high pressure me and informed me of all my options. Dan was very professional and keep in contact with me throughout the entire process. Their installation crew was very respectful and cleaned up after they were finished with the installation. The entire installation process took a total of four days. I had several estimates and SolarMax was able to get me the best price for the system I wanted. I highly recommend Dan & Samantha for a great job. Thank you!!!

I got 5 quotes and Solarmax was the best price with the best product. My sales rep Dan C. really went the extra miles for me. Very professional, he is on top of every question that I've ask. The 2 day installation was on time and on schedule. Definitely recommend them.
Very Professional and Keep In Contact with Me Throughout the Entire Process
Much better experience than SolarCity which I found to be hard sell, expensive and deliberately mystifying. Solarmax was 20% less expensive for 10% more power, much easier to work with, much more knowledgeable throughout the ranks for employees, etc. Now that I’ve been living with the system for 6 months I can definitively share that they absolutely delivered and I’m thrilled!

After reviewing multiple options, my spouse and I chose Solar max to install our solar panels and start us up on solar power for our home. Pete Herrera, our initial contact and consultant, was very knowledgeable about the system and was there for us throughout the process. All of the workers and engineers who were instrumental in installing our system were knowledgeable, patient with our questions and easy to work with. They were all quite efficient and worked very well as a team. Our system was turned on today about 7 weeks after our first consult and we are very happy to have worked with such a great team!
