Solar experience
I was lucky enough to meet Brandon Mezzanatto well he was doing a presentation at a friends house. After meeting many door to door solar sales people it refreshing to meet some who knew his stuff and was super honest. From the good, the bad, and indifferent he was straight up. He answered any questions we had and never once did he not take the time to answer a phone call from us even when it wasn’t really about his role. The process it self was pretty simple. Solar max took care of everything. So simple at times I wonder what I may need to do, Brandon always was there to insure me it was being handled. The installation team was courteous, clean, and did great work. They asked if there was anything I didn’t like or wanted to see different. Over it’s been a great experience. I received my permission to operate today from Edison just a few weeks after the work was completed. I haven’t seen my first bill to see the impact, but based on the info Brandon provided I’m sure it will be fine. Overall I highly recommended Brandon Mezzanatto at Solarmax.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience too much to list at this point solar has not been installed. They told loan pal installation was complete in order to get the loan funded, I thought buying a used car was as bad as it gets but I was wrong! Going to police station tomorrow because this is just fraudulent.
Sales presentation
We had presentations from several different solar companies. The reason we picked Solar Max was due to Terry Beams. We never felt rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain the entire system and installation process from start to finish and patiently answered all our questions. He knew of some recent changes at our electrical provider to help us pick the best system for our house. None of the other company presenters had done their homework and were aware of the changes. We will recommend Solar Max to all our friends.
A great solar company
We highly recommend Solar Max for your solar needs. All the staff were very professional starting with our energy consultant, Mario Garces, the support staff, and the whole crew of solar installers for our project. The Solar Max team were always quick in responding to our questions and keeping us informed throughout the project. Solar Max price was very reasonable and we are a completely satisfied customer.

My SolarMax experience has been smooth and easy. Amazing how quick SolarMax works. A big thumbs up to the crews who came and did the work on the house. Very courteous and no nonsense work ethic. After sitting through 3 additional sales presentations from other solar companies, there was no doubt that Brandon Mezzanatto was the front runner. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the intricacies of solar. He is a great representative for your company! Truly professional installer
After spending about two months researching PV solar and getting estimates from seven solar installers, I chose SolarMax. Another company that was more local was my first choice but when I visited their facility, it was a real dump. I would not trust them to be in business until the end of the month much less long enough to honor a 25 year warranty. The SolarMax facility in Riverside is large, clean, modern and impressive. I believe they have about 200 employees, each a specialist in their specific duties. No subcontractors there. Surprising to me, in spite of having such a facility and specifying name brand, high efficiency equipment for my system, they were the most inexpensive based on cost per kW. The preparation for the installation took longer than I expected and there were some snags but each problem was ultimately dealt with to my satisfaction. In my experience with contractors, that is seldom the case. Also, Jacob Richardson, their salesperson, was available from start to beyond finish as were their Customer Service Dept. personnel. I was very picky and wanted some special features that would not be part of a standard installation, but they provided them all. The system is now installed and operating as expected. Between SolarMax and SolarEdge (the inverter and optimizer manufacturer) personnel, the system's operation and capabilities were thoroughly explained to me and the monitoring software was installed. There are a ton of PV solar installers out there but I doubt you could do better than SolarMax Technologies.

overall total experience was awesome. Terry was very knowledgeable kind and patient he explained everything very detailed and help me to understand how the solar panel system works.
