Responsibilities: • Climb ladders, stairs, and work in tight spaces and on roofs; • Measure roof space and know basic measurements; • Use phone camera to take photos of roof and attic; • Use GPS; • Measure height and distance of trees and other obstructions using Range Finder; • Maintain accurate and complete project files, including notes and photos; • Enter basic information in NetSuite

Education Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements: • Solar experience preferred

Desired Skills: • Ability to lift and carry materials of up to 50 pounds; • Ability to drive to multiple sites safely and complete multiple projects daily; • Comfortable climbing roofs, ladders, stairs and working in attic spaces; • Demonstrate ability to speak with customers and put them at ease; • Maintain a clean, safe, and effective work environment; • Excellent problem solver; • Bilingual –Spanish preferred

Qualifications: The successful candidate has to have a valid California driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and ability to successfully complete a drug screen and pre-employment background check.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary (in USD): 16 to 18 Per Hour
